Prof. Dr. Frank Ziegele

Dr. Frank Ziegele is the executive director of the CHE Centre for Higher Education, Gütersloh, as well as a professor for higher education and research management at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück. He is a member in numerous boards, such as the advisory board of the German Network for Research and Transfer Management (FORTRAMA) and the board of the European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations (KoWi).

Niklas Rauterberg

Niklas Rauterberg is a project manager at the Centre for Higher Education (CHE) since February 2024. Previously, he worked as a project manager at University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück since 2020. In recent years, he was involved in developing and establishing a Research Management Training (EURESTMA) at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück. He holds a degree in educational sciences.

Melanie Rischke

Melanie Rischke is a Senior Project Manager at the Centre for Higher Education (CHE). Since 2010, she has focused on higher education development, post-secondary education, and political analysis. Previously, she worked as a research associate at the University of Münster and as an executive assistant at the German Society for Online Research (DGOF). She holds a degree in Communication Science, Psychology, and Cultural Studies from the University of Münster.
