Ladislav Čoček

Ladislav Čoček is a senior project manager working for the Grant Office at MUNI Headquarters. He worked as a pre- and post-award manager on EU funded projects for a regional development agency, private consultancy, and since 2013 MUNI. In 2016-2019 he was the Head of the Grant Office at CEITEC Masaryk University. Ladislav has been involved in several international knowledge sharing platforms in the area of research management, e.g. EU-LIFE, Alliance4Life, or EDUC university alliance. He coordinated the EUI Thematic Group of EARMA and serves as Czech ambassador to the RM Roadmap project.

Petra Vaculíková

Petra Vaculíková believes that cooperation and sharing is more than competition and this is reason why she is from 2022 member of the CZARMA Board. She currently works as ERC consultant and Research Culture Manager at the Faculty of Arts of the Palacký University, where she previously led the Grant Office. She enjoys complex interdisciplinary projects in the field of humanities and social sciences the most. She was founder of informal RMA “proHorizon group” at Palacký University and provided training to 30 managers to upgrade their skills in pre-award services in Horizon Europe scheme.

Lenka Chvojková

Lenka Chvojková is the national contact for financial issues of the EU Framework Programmes. She is based in TC Prague, where she is responsible for coordinating activities in the field of financial, legal and administrative aspects of the EU Framework Programmes. She also worked for a year in the Czech Liaison Office for Research and Development in Brussels. She has been working in the field of project support since 2007. She was at the birth of the working group of financial and project managers of universities and institutes of the CAS. She is the project manager of the project focused on cooperation of European national contacts and an expert of the EC Working Group on the Model Grant Agreement.
