Expert of International Relations, Senior Grant Advisor at HÉTFA Research Institute. She gained experience in the preparation, administrative and thematic management of various EU funded projects. Inspired by her WG-leadership in BESTPRAC COST action (Voice of Research Administrators), she initiated and coordinated the foRMAtion project. She has been working as expert in the Horizon Results Booster, now Booster Service.

Beáta Lázár is a Senior Communication Expert at HÉTFA Research Institute. She holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Marketing, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication Sciences. Prior to joining HÉTFA, she worked as a communications specialist for various NGOs. She also teaches at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and at Babeș-Bolyai University at Cluj-Napoca.
