EARMA
EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF RESEARCH MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS (EARMA) represents the community of Research Managers and Administrators (RMAs) in Europe. EARMA members work in industry, academia, the public and private sectors. EARMA works with the EU Commission, national and international funding agencies. EARMA provides a networking forum, a learning platform, and a place to share experiences and best practice among RMAs throughout EARMA and in the wider RMA community.
CHE
The Centre for Higher Education (CHE) is a leading think tank in the higher education sector with over 30 years of experience. Based in Gütersloh, Germany, CHE is a non-profit and politically independent organization. It provides valuable recommendations on higher education policy, supports universities and policymakers in addressing social challenges, and promotes transparency and informed decision-making through applied research and practical solutions.
HETFA
HETFA is an independent think tank based in Budapest that provides evidence-based analyses of national, regional and local policy issues for decision-makers and the policy expert community. With experience in public policy evaluation and impact assessment, HETFA uses a multidisciplinary approach in its research in urban and territorial development, entrepreneurship and SME policy. HETFA initiated and is involved in several flagship initiatives reinforcing the recognition of Research Management across Europe.
Coimbra
The University of Coimbra (UC), founded in 1290, is a public higher education institution dedicated to the creation, critical analysis, transfer and dissemination of culture, science and technology. It includes 11 research and education units and 38 centres of pure and applied research that are responsible for the production of knowledge in several scientific fields. Through research, teaching and the provision of services to the community, it contributes to economic and social development, environmental protection, the promotion of social justice and an informed and responsible society.
AGAUR
AGAUR is a public Funding Organisation under the structure of the Government of Catalonia (DREU). We manage higher education and research through targeted grants, focused on career development and knowledge valorisation. We support a robust research management community with 1,000 network members and provide dedicated support for researchers’ professional career advancement as an Euraxess centre.

The Centre for Science Management (ZWM) is a non-profit association based in Speyer, Germany, dedicated to advancing professional science and research management. Founded in 2002, ZWM supports universities, research institutions, and funding organizations through tailored training programs, consulting services, and networking opportunities. Its mission is to strengthen innovation and international competitiveness in science by enhancing management practices and fostering collaboration across sectors.
