Henning Rickelt is ZWM´s Managing Director since 2020. He gained experience as a consultant for various scientific institutions and as a senior science manager for more than 25 years now. In the context of advancing research management at EU level, he has been co-representing Germany as a sponsor of ERA Action 17, the “research management initiative”. Henning holds a double degree in economics from Germany and the United States.

Anna Royon-Weigelt is currently Director of Continuing Education/Consulting and Deputy Managing Director at ZWM. She studied International Law and Sociology of Law in Saarbrücken and Paris. Over 12 years, she gained international experience as a project and program manager. From 2008 to 2023, she worked as a freelance systemic consultant, coach, and intercultural trainer, supporting universities, research institutions, and companies in leadership, team development, and project management.
